Gawakadcha.com (Powered by BharatLink Global Exports) operates as an online marketplace for rural, home-based food products and handmade goods.
Due to the nature of these products, refund and cancellation requests are handled under the terms mentioned below.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled if seller processing or packaging has started.
- Cancellation requests may be considered only if the seller has not yet begun order preparation.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product severely damaged during transit
Customers must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery along with photo or video proof.
4. Non-Refundable Products
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- All food products
- Customized or handmade products
- Items restricted for return due to hygiene reasons
5. Refund & Replacement Process
- Refund – Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4-5 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
- Replacement – Replacement orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
6. Return Policy
- Return – Orders can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to approval after verification.
7. Shipping Delays
Gawakadcha.com shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
- Courier partners
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- Any other circumstances beyond operational control
8. Final Decision Authority
Gawakadcha.com reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund, return, and cancellation requests after reviewing the case.
